At Kudzi's Cookie Corner, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing and packaging our freshly baked products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, or other baked products once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived significantly damaged during transit

  • The order could not be fulfilled by Kudzi's Cookie Corner

  • A duplicate payment was processed

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been consumed or partially consumed

  • Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control

  • Personal taste preferences or change-of-mind purchases

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once baking or preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
